In this temporary role, I oversaw the creation of simple glossary definitions from complex academic discourse centered on gender equality, and interned as the sole UX writer.

As commissioned by Zula, I wrote a book for three-to-five year-olds to go on a little adventure with. Published in 2025, The Sock Snatcher went on to become one of Zula's top-selling hits. It's also available in German! It's called - Der Sockensammler.

Nintendo Retro Love (NRL) | Senior Content Manager

2017–2019

As co-founder and head of content, I created NRL’s tone of voice and style guide, all front-facing copy across our social media platforms, extensive research of pertinent topics, creating content and interacting with followers.

2014–2017

I created highly stylized content centered on popular & video game culture and tracked the performance of said content via analytics tools. I also nurtured in-house interns and junior writers remotely, and ran my own vertical. I wrote over 1k articles and gained over 30m reads.

My three years studying Creative & Professional Writing (BA Hons) at UEL culminated with a first-class dissertation and my poetry being displayed at Free Range exhibition.
